Howard Kroeger – President

In his 27 year radio career, Howard Kroeger has done it all. He has worked as an on-air talent, music director, program director (nominated as Canada’s Program Director of the Year 9 times), operations manager, voice over talent and entrepreneur. Kroeger created the BOB Format and launched the first variety hits station in North America while employed with CHUM broadcasting in March of 2002. This kicked off the variety hits craze which swept North America and has seen success in many other Canadian and U.S markets. He has been involved in the launching and consulting of other BOB’s in Canada and the U.S. as well as the development of the country version of the BOB format called “HANK FM” (WLHK Indianapolis being the first). He is currently President of Kroeger Media Inc. and has worked with a variety of broadcast companies in North America such as CHUM Radio, Citadel, Emmis Communications, CORUS Radio, Mapleton Broadcasting, Double O Radio, Media Logic, and Dial Global to name a few.

Douglas Leppky – CEO

Doug Leppky has over 25 years of business experience in the investment banking industry, including being a co-founder and President of one of Canada’s most successful independent investment banks. As co-founder of Personal Playlist.com and a small venture capital company, Leppky was in the forefront of the development of internet-based companies. Leppky has extensive corporate leadership experience, serving as President of several small companies and has been a three time recipient of the “Top 50 Best Managed Private Companies in Canada” award.

The idea for Radio DOPLR was conceived by a group of industry professionals. One of the significant advantages that Dance Naked has is the ability to draw on the tremendous talent and experience of these professionals who serve on the Company’s Advisory Board along with the executive team.

Mike Anthony

As founder of ResearchWorks, Mike Anthony is one of a handful of researchers who has also been a major market programmer, and is the sole architect behind the company’s unique brand of market research. Mike spent 8 years as Vice President at The Research Group from 1983 to 1991. This firm was the legendary, and state of the art perceptual research and strategic planning company from the late ’70s to mid ’90s serving more than 300 clients. Among others, ResearchWorks provides research services for Bonneville, Infinity, Greater Media, Emmis and others.

Jonathan Weselake

Jonathan Weselake has worked on radio studies across Canada and the United States, as well as in Europe. His clients have included a number of top tier stations and conglomerates on both sides of the border. Jonathan’s specific research expertise includes quantitative and qualitative research management, analysis and report writing, questionnaire design, regression modeling and analysis, and statistical analysis including the application of advanced analytical techniques.

Jonathan is president and founder of Covertmetrics Inc, a company that specializes in media research and consulting. Jonathan is also the co-creator of Radio P1 MaximizerTM (RP1M), a proprietary system that manages and plans radio communication and marketing activities based on Market and Risk Intelligence.

Lynn Stalone

With more than 25 years in marketing research, Ms. Stalone has been personally involved with the design, data collection and analysis of hundreds of research projects during her tenure – more than 300 of these in the radio sphere.  Ms. Stalone joined IHR Research Group in 1980 and was named partner in 1988. She has been heavily involved in all aspects of marketing research including qualitative, quantitative and experimental methodologies.  For the past 15 years, she has managed all account services and client liaison for the firm, as well as the day-to-day operations of the data collection, full-service and support services divisions.
